    Huffy Online Ordering & Shipping Policies 

    Thank you for shopping at Huffy. 
    Huffy Corporation is the operator of (http://www.orbust.org) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

    1.  Product Availability

    Ordering is subject to stock availability. Due to the popularity of some itemsfrequency of online orders, or stock discrepancies we may not be able to fulfill your order at the time of purchase or in one shipment. If this occurs, we will let you know when we expect the item in inventory. You have the option for us to ship your order when it’s available or process a refund. 

    Due to exclusive arrangements with some retailers, not all Huffy products are available for sale on Huffy.com.  

    2. Shipping

    i.   We ship to US addresses only. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. This cost will be displayed to you at checkout and collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. Any Free Shipping promotions that are offered are available to the Contiguous United States only and are shipped via Home Delivery (ground).

    2.1 Processing Time

    Orders are usually turned over to the freight carrier within 1-2 business days of placing your order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

    2.2 Transit Time

    Shipping transit timeframes start after the order is processed and vary based on location and service selected.  Below are typical shipping timeframes:

    Electric products with lithium batteries (bikes, scooters, and ride-ons) ship only via Fed Ex Home Delivery to the lower 48 states.

    Carrier Shipping Delay Notice: Carriers are experiencing periodic delays in service due to high volumes and Covid restrictions. Transit times may be longer than quoted above.

    2.3 P.O. Box Shipping

    Huffy is unable to ship to P.O. box addresses.

    2.4 Tracking Notifications

    Upon transfer to our shipping carriers, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

    COVID-19 Alert: Please allow 3-4 business days for tracking to update. We are experiencing delays with tracking information for most carriers. Shipments sometimes proceed without a tracking update. Unfortunately, information is limited for packages once they leave our facility. Increased shipping demands has caused tracking updates and distribution hub delays. While a package may appear to have stalled, in most cases, it is still in transit. Quarantine restrictions may also contribute to additional delays with shipping service providers and distribution centers.

    2.5 Parcels Damaged In Transit

    If your order arrives damaged from the carrier, contact Huffy within 72 hours at [email protected] . 
    If parts are missing or damaged, please contact our Consumer Service Department using our 
    Contact Us link or call us at (800) 872-2453.

    3. Sales Tax

    Sales tax has already been applied to your order as displayed on the website during checkout.

    4. Returns

    Returns are only accepted on product purchased directly from Huffy.com. All product returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, using the original packaging material. The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling fees. Returned products must be in new, unused condition. Contact Huffy at [email protected] to receive a return authorization number and return shipping information.

    5. Warranty

    Huffy has a wide variety of products, and the specific warranty information varies by product. In general, we provide a limited lifetime frame warranty for all steel frames. For more information on the warranty pertaining to your ride, check out the Owner’s Manual that came with the original product purchase orContact Us .

    7. Cancellations

    Huffy processes orders quickly, shipping from our distribution centers as soon as possible. If you need to cancel an order, you must contact Huffy within ONE HOUR of placing the order. Send us an email at [email protected], as quickly as possible with “Order Cancellation” in the Subject Line. Cancellations made after one hour may not be accepted due to order processing.
